Insurance Advisory Services

A primary focus within our insurance advisory services is performing regulatory work, including financial examinations, market conduct examinations, assisting with troubled insurance companies (as Supervisor, Special Deputy Rehabilitator/Liquidator or as a Monitor), and other special projects (e.g., Form A hearings and due diligence).

We also provide detailed project management and executive consulting services for complex insurance matters including sidecar reinsurance arrangements, captive insurance arrangements, corporate insurance matters, debt offerings and acquisitions. Consulting services typically range from regulatory matters to accounting (e.g., Statutory Accounting, GAAP, Purchase GAAP and operating metrics). We serve insurance carriers and related insurance businesses of all sizes from start-ups to large private equity investors.
